The reference brand for the olive oil packaged and marketed by Fio Dourado is the Quinta do Juncal Olive Oil, available in batches that are differentiated by their characteristics, given by the different varieties that make up each batch. Fio Dourado has participated in some olive oil competitions, having seen its award-winning products several times.

    The extraction is carried out in a mill equipped with the most advanced technologies, which allow working at low temperatures, permanently controlled, and a reduced time between the olive harvest and the extraction of the oil; these conditions guarantee that the oil, which is naturally found inside the olives, reaches the consumer unaltered, maintaining all its original characteristics.

    It is an oil that presents a balanced mix of fruity aromas of green and ripe olives, with light touches of apple and dried fruit; in the mouth it is very smooth, sweet, with a slight bitter and spicy aroma.

    Given its majesty, our organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% comes from the oldest olive trees of the Galician variety that we own. Combining the soil-climatic factors of our area and the family care we have for our olive trees, we present this new batch of oil with unique and quite distinct organoleptic characteristics.

    Delicate oil with hints of almond and roasted nuts. It presents a good balance of smell and fruity palate with a tenuous persistence between bitter and spicy.

  5. RED WINE VINEGAR

    FEATURES / DESCRIPTION
    Vinegar obtained from the acetic fermentation of red wine submerged in a bioreactor.
    After undergoing a process of clarification, filtration, a liquid is obtained, with a sui generis flavor and aroma and a characteristic acidity.
    It is usually sold in concentrations of 6% or 7%, that is, respectively 60, 70 grams of acetic acid per liter of vinegar.
    All products and processes used in the manufacture and preparation of these vinegars comply with the rules established by the European Code of Good Vinegar Manufacturing Practices, published by the International Standing Committee on Vinegar, and current community legislation.

    6% vinegar, obtained by acetic fermentation of wine.
    All products and processes used in the manufacture and preparation of this vinegar comply with the rules established by the European Code of Good Vinegar Manufacturing Practices, published by the International Standing Committee on Vinegar, and the Community legislation in force.
